Mr. Webb
Ryan Webb is a seasoned Driver's Education school teacher with over a decade of dedicated service within the Loudoun County Public Schools system. With a profound commitment to fostering safe driving habits and proactive road navigation skills among young adults, Mr. Webb has become a trusted figure in the community for his expertise and passion in driver's education.
Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of responsible drivers, instilling in them not only the technical skills needed to operate a vehicle but also a deep understanding of the importance of safety and vigilance on the road. His approach to teaching emphasizes creating a friendly and accommodating learning environment, where students feel empowered to ask questions and ultimately grow into confident and competent drivers.

Mr. Barbe
Lucas Barbe is a dedicated driving instructor with four years of experience teaching driver’s education. Passionate about road safety, he takes pride in educating young drivers on how to navigate the roadways responsibly and confidently.
In addition to his role as a driving instructor, Lucas also serves as a Driver’s Education and Physical Education teacher at Independence High School. His background in education allows him to connect with students, making the learning process both engaging and effective.
Lucas is committed to helping new drivers develop the skills and awareness needed to stay safe on the road.
Ms. Tinnell
Brittany Tinnell teaches in Prince William County and has coached multiple sports including, swim and track and field. She is a certified Driver Education Instructor dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and skills for safe and responsible driving.
Brittany is experienced in providing comprehensive classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training, focusing on instilling confidence and fostering a strong understanding of traffic laws. Brittany emphasizes a patient and supportive learning environment, and is skilled in adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs, ensuring a high rate of student success in achieving their driver's license.
Mrs. Freudiger
Kristen is a certified driving instructor with a strong foundation in education and coaching, bringing over 16 years of experience in the classroom and more than 15 years of coaching to her role as an instructor. Her background in education has equipped her with the communication skills, patience, and teaching strategies that help new drivers build confidence behind the wheel.
She enjoys helping students develop safe driving habits that will last a lifetime and brings great energy and focus to each lesson. Kristen’s years of coaching have sharpened her ability to recognize individual learning styles and tailor her instruction to support every student; whether they’re just starting out or working toward more advanced skills.
